I've not had kosher food before, so Ta-eem was my introduction to kosher food. It's an Israeli restaurant, and I tried the sabich, an eggplant-boiled eggs dish, which was absolutely delicious: boiled eggs were soft and creamy from the yolk and the eggplant was roasted and super flavorful. Portions are huge and you're sure to leave full and satisfied.

Service was a bit curt and standoffish, but I attribute to them being busy; despite going at 3pm, the place had a steady stream of customers coming in and out. Prices were affordable for the portions you got, though. Although a kosher restaurant (and myself not being of practicing faith), it was a chill environment that attracted clientele of all varying degrees of faith, which was welcoming. Worth a go to try their falafels next!

I haven't been here in quite a while-I live in the Valley. However-yesterday I was at an event that they catered. The grilled chicken was delicious!!!. It was so good that I went back for me and was able to take some home.

Food: the star of the show! Best falafel I've ever had- crispy on the outside, soft and rich on the inside. All accompanied by a luxurious amount of slaw, hummus, and more. And the portions are huuuuuge! Incredible for the price point, especially for being in the Melrose neighborhood.
Service: friendly family vibes. I found the slight awkwardness of some of the younger staff incredibly endearing- everyone is very kind.
I am starring this place on my map and definitely coming back! My partner says he'll bring his parents, too :-)

This restaurant is delicious on every level. It is worth the stop every time. I get vegetarian options, but everyone also loves the proteins there. It's one of my favorite restaurants in Los Angeles for actual quality of food.

My favorite local Israeli Mediterranean joint.  Generous servings. Complimentary small Israeli  vegetables sides.  Friendly if not a bit frantic service. Could use a second order register. Everything is terrific. I lean into the Falafel plate and the garlicky Chicken Shawarma.

Best food in LA! This place is delicious and casual, with large portions and excellent Israeli food. Highly recommend - I have tried almost everything on the menu and never been disappointed. I love all the different dishes and sides the plates come with. Very authentic and the people that work here are all VERY nice. Highly recommend this place for a casual lunch or dinner, GREAT! The shawarma and falafel are my favorite. Great hummus! Sabich is great too and different

First of all you wouldn't except how huge it is inside and very cool dark wood interior and plenty of seating for large family and/or friend dinners and lunches!
(They also do takeout but unsure about delivery)

Ok so the food is absolutely spectacular and done with amazing  I'm pretty sure fresh ingredients
I got the chicken breast bowl which came with so many amazing little sides! The freshly toasted bread was to die for
I only wish it came with rice as well but no biggie!
Also you have to say yes when they ask if you want their hot sauce (that is if you like spicy lol)
But seriously not just spicy but sooo flavorful, they have 2 different kinds

And best of all, all the workers are soo nice and helpful! I will totally come back when in Melrose Ave

Amazing Israeli food. Lots of options. Kabab is the best but sabich is good too. Service is ok. Not too fast but not slow.

Went to a dinner catered by Ta-eem and everything was so good: falafel, baba, hummus, cabbage, beets, and many more dishes. There was nothing I didn't like.
Looking forward to going to the restaurant in person.
